Tidy Fingers In and Out LLC is a family owned licensed and bonded cleaning service. We are pleased to have been serving the Madison County area since 2017. Our vision is to build long lasting professional relationships while providing our customers with excellent cleaning service. Special services we offer are carpet cleaning, painting, pressure washing, lawn care and eviction toss out.
All are available upon request. Toss out fees start at $100. All other special service prices are quoted upon

IN AND OUT LLC. REFERRAL DISCOUNTS – $5 OFF PER VISIT. 5 REFERRALS EQUALS 1 FREE LAWN MOWING.
Since we are new to the industry we are very negotiable. We plan to build our clientele by doing great
work at a more than reasonable price. We are open to all phases or select phases but we plan to fit your
budget.
Prices are negotiable but start as follows:
Rough interior $0.09 sq/ft.
Final interior $0.12 sq/ft
Exterior cleanup $0.12 sq/ft
● Windows start at $2.50 per side, per window.
Another service we offer is pressure washing for exterior clean up. Rates start as low as $150 per 20×20
driveway with $25 additional per 10 ft. Low porch and sidewalk rates are available if necessary.
